Patriots Seem to Want Chad Ochocinco

ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter says that all the signs point toward the Patriots “exploring the possibility” of signing wide receiver Chad Ochocinco.

The Bengals will probably cut Ochocinco once the transaction freeze is lifted. Schefter cites the Patriots’ success with ex-Bengal running back Corey Dillon and Ocho’s respect for Bill Belichick as two main reasons why the team will take a flier on him.
