More deck chair shuffling on the Titanic. CB Rico Murray was placed on injured reserve today, adding to the utter devastation in the secondary. The defense’s “strength” is now nearly completely obliterated as Murray becomes the fourth corner and sixth defensive back to end up on the list this year.
The Bengals filled his roster spot with practice squader and fan fave from 2009’s Hard Knocks series, FB Chris Pressley. Pressley spent last year and portions of this one with the Bucs. It took 12 weeks, but the team now finally has a bona-fide fullback.
