Bengals sign CB Bennett; put DT Tank Johnson on IR

The Bengals today signed free agent CB Fred Bennett and placed DT Tank Johnson on IR. Bennett has played with the Texans and the Chargers, and was a fourth round pick of Houston back in 2007. He has played in 43 career games with 124 career tackles and five picks.
