Hold Up; Browns Appear to Steal Rogers from Bengals

Shaun Rogers is coming to Ohio. Next stop will be the Cleveland Browns and not the Cincinnati Bengals as originally reported. The trade with the Bengals was turned down by the league due to language issues in the trade agreement.
