WR Chatman Suffering From a Sprained Ankle

The Bengals official site updated the status of some injured players today:
The team is practicing in shoulder pads and helmets. Linebackers Brandon Johnson and Rey Maualuga are back but working out lightly and don’t look for them in Friday’s preseason opener in New Orleans. In fact, Johnson indicated he wouldn’t play.

Bengals and Wide Out Chatman Agree on Deal

Antonio Chatman has reportedly agreed to a contract to return to the Bengals.  The wide receiver has been inked to a two year contract.  Last season, the 29-year-old caught 19-passes and returned 18-punts, averaging just over five-yards.
