If they don't trade him, definately keep him out of the locker room for the whole year. Let's be honest, he is ocho-no show, in all the big games he dropped major passes. These passes hit him right in the hands, so sit him out for a year, maybe another team will be interested. If they trade him now, they need to get his value.
