Bengals Safety George Iloka Suffers Non-Contact Injury in Camp

USA Today Sports

A cart was sent onto the field Sunday after Bengals free safety George Iloka suffered a non-contact right knee injury according to Jim Owczarski of the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Iloka reportedly “crawled” his way off the practice field and eventually walked to the cart. The 27-year-old was never formally carted off and watched the remainder of the practice from the sidelines. All indications thus far are that Iloka did not suffer a serious injury.

A fifth-round pick by the Bengals out of Boise State in 2012, Iloka has spent his entire five-year NFL career in Cincinnati. He matched his career high with three interceptions in 2016 while suiting up for all 16 games.
