About Two Dozen Members of the Bengals Show Up for Workouts

Over two dozen members of the Bengals defense showed up for group workouts at Ignition APG in Mason, Ohio, Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

“It was a typical first day of OTAs,” defensive tackle and workout organizer Domata Peko said. “We installed six plays and went on the field. It was good to get out there as a defense. Overall it was real good and organized. It’s good to get back to work and get in the swing of football.”

Two rookies were among the 25 players in attendance, with third-round linebacker Dontay Moch and seventh-round cornerback Korey Lindsey showing up despite not having a signed contract. Cincinnati’s other defensive draft choice, fifth-round safety Robert Sands, did not attend.

The Bengals offensive players were working out at the University of Cincinnati.
