Profootballtalk is reporting that former Bengal and Seahawk WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh has signed a one-year $865,000 deal with the Ravens.
Housh will now get a chance to play the Bengals twice this year, and joins the 36-year old Derrick Mason and the oft-injured Anquan Boldin to form an extremely experienced WR corps.
It’s a good thing the Bengals have invested heavily in the defensive backfield this offseason.
The media has been quick to wonder aloud how long Chad Ochocinco and T.O. can co-exist in sharing one football. Houshmandzadeh has a reputation for being greed in his own right, not to mention volatile. It will be interesting to see which group plays the best.
