Bengals Tix Going Up

One of the more unfortunate eventualities that come with a winning season is the inevitable increase in ticket prices.  After foregoing any increases the last two seasons (no doubt as a result of the team’s lackluster on-field performance), the Bengals announced that 2010 ticket prices will be going up from $1 to $3 per ticket.

Joe Reedy of Cincinnati.com has all the details here.

  1. Ben Dover says:

Who would pay to see the Bengals play in the first place?
How do you raise the price of tickets when you choked in the Wild Card Round of the playoffs?
You have appeared in the Playoffs 2 times since 1990, the Brown’s family should be paying you to go to watch those losers stink up Paul Brown Stadium.
Since 1990 the Steelers have appeared in the playoffs 12 times, won 10 Division Championships, won three of eight AFC Conference Championships, and two Super Bowls.
I’d pay to see that, not the Bungals.
