The Bengals will be the least ready team to enter the playoffs. If not for an underperfoming Steeler team and Raven team that took 12 weeks to figure out how to play football this season the Bengal would have been 8-8 at best. Who did they beat this season? The Browns, Bears, Lions and Chiefs and Pakers. Wow!
Marvin Lewis has not prepared this team to win. Bad time management, poor use of timeouts, bad penalties and poor team control are all ingredients for a single appearance again this post season.
Probowlers? Where? Maybe Cedric Benson. Carson with his elbow that still needs surgery? Chad? No on one this team has consistently performed at a level worthy of a pro bowl appearance.

Wow, do you need some cheese and crackers with that whine? Let's look at the selections (which I am sure you have)

Palmer ranks 15th on the list (Ben was 7th by the way). Palmer averaged 206 yards per game while Both Drew Brees and Arron Rogers had better numbers and higher passer ratings than Payton Manning yet neither of them made the Pro Bowl.

I will give you Cedric Benson, he was a beast all season did fantastic. He showed what he is made of and I look forward to next year's Stiller Bengal games. I can't argue that point.

I will however argue Chad Ochocinco, he is ranked 20th among receivers and is tied with three other receivers at that. Both Hines Ward and Santonio Holmes ranked higher in the top fifteen. I drafted Chad on my fantasy league because I had high hopes, oh well.

The Pro Bowl always has been a popularity contest, that is why Troy can make the Pro Bowl even after sitting out several games the previous year.

I enjoy your blog keep up the good work but don't whine so much about the Bengals that have A LOT to prove still.
