Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco has a plausible explanation for why he’s the subject of a lawsuit for defaulting on a car loan. It’s not as novel an approach as saying the dog ate my homework, but it makes sense. According to Ochocinco on his Twitter account, he bought the 2008 Dodge Challenger for a family member and the unnamed family member failed to keep up with the payments.
