For the fourth time in seven home games, the Bengals have received a 24-hour extension to avoid a local television blackout for Sunday’s game against Detroit, if the game is not sold out by 1 p.m. Friday, the game will be blacked out in Cincinnati, Lexington and Dayton. The game will be aired in Columbus. The Bengals have a 50-game regular-season and playoff sellout streal, the last Bengals regular-season game not to sell out was on Nov. 9, 2003, when the Bengals hosted the Texans.
