Pro Football Weekly reports that the Bengals have released RB Kenny Watson and FB J.D. Runnels:

The Bengals released reserves RB Kenny Watson and FB J.D. Runnels Jr. on Monday.

Runnels Jr., who spent part of last season on Cincinnati’s practice squad, appeared in two NFL games for Chicago in 2006.
