Ochocinco Says He Use Twitter During Games No Matter What the NFL Says

Ah yes, our favorite wide out, Chad Ochocinco is at it again, defying the odds against the NFL. Seems that Chad says he won’t listen to the NFL when it comes to using Twitter during NFL games, basically saying – he’ll do it anyway.
