Posted in The start of the September 27th home game versus the Steelers has been moved from 1:00 PM to 4:15 PM, the NFL announced today. The move comes to allow for required broadcasting schedules after the Titans at Jets contest was moved to a 1:00 PM kick at the request of Jets owner Woody Johnson. Johnson appealed to Commissioner Roger Goodell to approve the change so Jets fans could be home before sundown for the Jewish observance of Yom Kippur.
