Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer said he threw Thursday and Friday at practice at “pretty much 100 percent. He has an inflamed throwing elbow and is trying to avoid surgery. “I’ve had another MRI; I’ll get the results of that back hopefully this next week,” he said. “I’ll be ready to roll in the offseason and keep throwing and keep training, hopefully, with no flaws and no surgery, and be ready to roll into (spring on-field work).”
