Palmer to be Out Again This Sunday vs Steelers

Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis said during his press conference today that QB Carson Palmer is out for the team’s Week 7 game vs the Steelers. Lewis said that QB Ryan Fitzpatrick will start at quarterback.
