Collins to Start for Titans vs Bengals Sunday

The Bengals won’t have to face Vince Young when they host the Titans this Sunday. The Tennessee quarterback has a knee injury that will keep him sidelined up to a month. The game is the Bengals’ home opener and will start at 1 p.m.
