Ethan Kilmer has been cut by the Bengals due to an injured thigh.  If the cornerback clears waivers, he is expected to by placed on Cincinnati’s Injured Reserve.  Also waived was college free-agent fullback Bradley Glatthaar.  The UC product reached an injury settlement with the team and was then cut.  Meanwhile, preseason game three is Saturday night when the Saints come to town.  Kickoff at PBS is at 7:30 p.m.
