Chris Henry’s agent says the Bengals have shown some interest in bringing back the wide receiver, since assault charges have been dropped against him.  So far, no comment from the team.  Henry still needs to be reinstated by the league before he can play any NFL team.

Bengals Sign Europe Vet

 In addition to locking up three of their draft picks this week, the Bengals have signed a former NFL Europe veteran to their practice squad.  Carl-Johan Bjork played linebacker for three seasons for Amsterdam.  He is eligible to play during the preseason.

Bengals Sign Three

Bengals.com reports the team is getting busy signing some of its draft picks.  Fifth-round pick Jason Shirley, sixth-rounder Matt Sherry and seventh-round selection Mario Urrutia have all reportedly been inked.  The team starts training camp in two weeks.

Bengals Cut Three

A Miami University product has been cut by the Bengals.  Cornerback Jerrid Gaines was one of three players waived Monday.  Gaines was signed earlier this year as a college free agent.  Also released, defensive tackles Titus Adams and Michael Marquardt.
