The game of chicken between Chad Johnson and the Bengals is intensifying.  Head coach Marvin Lewis said yesterday that Johnson should be a man of his word and sit out the season.  Johnson has made the threat numerous times this offseason in talking about his desire to be trade.  Lewis also denied reports of any trade offers for the disgruntled wide receiver.
