The Dolphins on Sunday came to terms with now former Bengals wide out Tab Perry. The three-year vet was not given a restricted free agent tender by the Bengals, allowing him to shop his services on the market. The 6th round pick in 2005 had a solid rookie year with 64 kick returns for 1562 yards and an average of 24.4 yards per return. He then ran into a hip issue, and only played in two games in 2006, and two games last season.

Perry was the Bengals 6th round draft pick in the 2005 Draft, and the team had hopes of him becoming not only a solid kick returner, but at some point a solid number three wide receiver in their offense.
