LB Manning Returns to Stripes

Linebacker Roy Manning has been brought back by the Bengals, signing a one-year deal with the team Wednesday.  He played in five games last season, mostly on special teams.  Manning was claimed off waivers in November, but was cut by Cincinnati last month.

Bengals Add Blackstock to LB Core

The Bengals have inked Darryl Blackstock to a one-year contract.  He played back linebacker with Arizona this past season, totaling 21 tackles and three sacks.  It is believed that Blackstock will be playing for the league minimum.
