Johnson Starts the Ball Rolling to Wanting Out of Cincy

Let the offseason of change begin for the Bengals. It officially became a lot more interesting on Friday, when wide out Chad Johnson appeared on “Mike & Mike in the Morning” on ESPN Radio. CJ spoke about this past season, and seems to now be in the corner of wanting the team to trade him this offseason. “I was labeled selfish and a cancer, and it hurt,” he said. “Fingers were pointed at me this year. If the team and the organization wants to further itself (make the playoffs), I think you need to get rid of the problem. It hurt me. To do me that way and not to have my back. Things were said, and nobody came to my defense.” So let the talk about trading CJ begin. This will not be the last time by far that Johnson comes out and talks about wanting out of the Queen City. I would be willing to bet that he will push the issue, and push it to the point where the team looks hard at granting his request. The Dolphins, Eagles, Chiefs and Vikings would love to have a wide out like Johnson these days, and have enough to give up to likely make it happen.
