Henry Avoids Probation Violation

A suspended Bengal is out of deeper hot water in Florida after a judge made a decision Tuesday in his favor. Chris Henry had been charged with probation violation in Orlando, but a judge has thrown out the charge. The wide receiver is on two-years probation stemming from a 2006 gun charge, with less than a year remaining.
